Our Monitoring Station

Alert LOCALLY monitors from both offices (Fort Smith, AR & Lowell, AR). We only monitor our customers security systems, we do not sub-contract monitor for any other alarm companies. Alert owns and operates this monitoring station, all of the employees work for Alert. There are only seven (7) monitoring stations in the state of Arkansas.

All of the security systems Alert installs are downloaded. Each system installed is programmed from our office. This is very beneficial for our customers, it enables us to check the system status and to perform code changes from our office. Every phone call we receive is answered immediately, by an individual 24 hours a day. We do not utilize a voice activated or touch tone activated phone system.

In addition to 24/7 monitoring Alert offers open/close reporting. This reporting is very beneficial to know when a store opens/closes, who opened/closed the store, when your child left for, or got home from school, when your house keeper arrived/departed, etc. Click here to view a sample report for you to see the benefits this report offers.
