Jay N.
Lead Technician – Fort Smith – Jay has been with Alert for since 1999. He is a highly motivated, highly qualified technician. Jay learns new things quickly and is always willing to do what it takes to meet/exceed the customer’s expectations.

Delbert M.
Service Technician – Fort Smith – Delbert has worked for Alert for more than 15 years. His ability to troubleshoot and repair is a tremendous benefit to our team.

Operations Manager – Darris has been with Alert for 10+ years. He has worked as a technician and as the operations manager. Darris does a great job managing inventory, scheduling installs and coordinating which technicians are assigned to those installations.

Pat N.
Secretary/Treasurer – Pat joined his brother Steve in 2003. Pat and Steve are partners and share the same goals and aspirations to grow this business while providing excellent service. Pat is very active in the day to day operations and is very conscientious about Alert’s image and reputation as the area’s best security company.

Steve N.
President – Steve started this company in 1976. He has been instrumental in the ongoing success of this business. Steve has always believed in treating people fair. This philosophy has enabled Alert to retain high quality employees that believe in doing things the right way. It has also resulted in an incredibly low level of customer attrition.

Monitoring – Julie started to work for Alert in ’06. She is always pleasant, always professional and very conscientious about the seriousness associated with her position.
